God has a plan for how His children relate to Him, live in the Kingdom of God, and function within the church. 

When we follow God’s plan, we are abundantly blessed.  When we do not, we miss out on the fullness of the life we were created to experience.

Believers should seek to know God's plan, discover their role in His story and allow Him to guide and empower them in fulfilling that role.

History 

Established in 1898 the Historic Grand Valley Christian Church is the oldest continuously operating Christian Church in the State of Colorado.  Our founders had a vision to bring the Gospel to the Western Slope of the Rockies.  That vision continues today.

For more than a century, the church has been a beacon of hope and healing in the Grand Valley.  Expressing a deep commitment to and appreciation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the resurrection power of God, GVCC has witnessed the display of His Holy Spirit in changed lives, restored relationships and captives set free!
